Katies’ face shows what a difference the stairclimber makes to her daily life

Safe, appropriate adaptations within days (subject to Ts&Cs) is now achievable…

In our continuing drive to help deliver timely answers for people to be discharged from hospital and/or live life better, we are expanding our support for occupational therapists and adaptations delivery teams

Already proven to be innovative in its range of mobility and posture solutions, we are increasing our “on the ground” support by more than 50%.

We are recruiting additional sales/assessment managers, plus additional training and servicing personnel, to meet the growing demand for our products- sales for the last financial year were up 30% on pre-Covid levels.

The speed of adaptation delivery through more people on the ground builds on other, innovative steps we’ve already taken to assist adaptations teams.

We have built on our 20 years of operation and sales- and thousands of units sold- to highlight the ability of its equipment to be re-issued from community equipment resources. The re-issue capability means solutions can be delivered within days, rather than the weeks- or months- of alternatives.

“One thing is clear to anyone involved in adaptations.Demand is at an all-time high, putting even greater pressure on already stretched resources. The more suppliers such as ourselves can help expediate timely answers, that help even in the short-term to make daily home life safer and better for people in need, the better.

“We are putting more properly and appropriately trained and qualified people in place, to work alongside Occupational Therapists to support them in delivering safe, fast and cost-effective solutions.  That will help facilitate hospital discharge, prevent admissions by providing a safer home environment, and reduce pressure on social care. Thus, coupled with the relevance of our range of equipment, and its availability through Equipment Stores, a solution can be provided within days- not weeks or months.”
