The C-Max U2 Ambulance version with Integrated Transportation Safety System ITSS offers a truly flexible solution to community patient transport. The C-Max U2 is both versatile and compact which means it can be conveniently stored away ready for use. The C-Max U2 can also be used as a Fire Evacuation chair.

The Integrated Transportation Safety System (ITSS) reduces client transfers. Taking the passenger in the C-max U2, up or down stairs, wheel them into the vehicle, and remaining in the stairclimber whilst in transit to the destination.

Integrated with NMI seating systems, using the standard 4-point webbing system or RIPS system (rear Impact Protection Seating system), which is a docking station for both wheelchairs and the C-max U2, ensures optimum safety whilst in transit.

The ITSS provides a cost effective route to regulatory compliance in terms of both Disability Discrimination and Health & Safety.
